[Harbour-users] Compiling SVN Harbour tips needed

AHA! It is the tdragon one I was looking for. I couldn't figure out for
the life of my why I was getting a GCC v3 when I downloaded it from the
mingw.org site. Now I know. Thanks a ton. I got a lot of work to do
updating my page now
