It is heartening that someone else from Harbour world has 

experience with CACHE.

 

Last year I announced the general availability of 

cacheRDD - http://cacherdd.vouch.info/ but then withdraw it 

due to certain reasons.

 

BTW this is an excellant database, though a costly affair.
