Few years back, working with Xbase++, I tried Alaska's
WAA ( Web Application Adopter ) where they claimed that
cgi applicatio as a DLL is loaded only once and I found it really
working modal. I always wondered how they were able to
teach apache about the appln DLL.
Now I am sure we are heading towards .NET solution, though,
in a bit different way.
