For a kick start it's a good idea to create one monolithic lib.
This makes it possible to clean, debug and use them instantly.

On the longer run I'd personally prefer them separate. Otherwise
it makes them look like one monolithic lib, which they really aren't.
Similar logic is already implemented for rddsql, where we have
sdd* libs as "plugins".

For the monolithic name, I'd suggest 'hbuddall' (or 'hbudds, but
the single 's' can mean 'static' and other things, so it's a bit
ambigous), and later we can still move to 'udd*'.
