[Harbour] Harbour SHA2 and SHA2-HMAC support

Maybe we should upload it, and continue to extend the code online,
it's a very important addition, and everyone could benefit from it. It
could go to /contrib/examples/<...>/ as is.

I've played with OpenSSL in context with hbcurl. Once getting through the
burden of building it (or using the .dll version), it seemed pretty simple
to add SSL support for example for SMTP. To use it with Harbour apps,
either an OpenSSL API Harbour wrapper layer would be needed, or
a C level Harbour inet API. At least that's how it seemed to me.
