[Harbour] Error in SVN automatic mail

Hi Francesco,
Yes, the notification is already set up, but the mailbox is not yet
existing. We should wait for Phil to set it up,
so that we can test the redirection + notification.
Until this matter gets settled, commiters pls ignore this
error message.
