[Harbour] THREAD STATIC var naming

Hi all,
I'd like to propose to mark all THREAD STATIC
vars with the 't_' prefix, instead of 's_' to make
the difference obvious when looking at the code.

So:
THREAD STATIC t_var
STATIC s_var
