I've once did that but it turned out to be unnecessary,
as 'uname' always returns 'darwin' and never '<something> darwin',
so the extra match is just superfluous. For bsd it's needed
because 'netbsd' and 'openbsd' can be the name, for dos it
can be 'dr-dos', 'ms-dos', 'pc-dos'. You get the idea.
