Wrong. The commit mails without diffs are just as small as current
ChangeLog
e-mails. Same thing. No need to raise size limits. Same amount of mails.
It _replaces_ current ChangeLog e-mails, so total number of received mails
are _unchanged_.
What I am proposing is an opt in system. You only have to join it once, it
