[Harbour] Missing dependences linking hbuddall.a

Well, since these hbmisc functions are very low quality components (bugs,
non-MT/reentrant, no 64-bit support),
I'd suggest to remove this udd from core and place it
somewhere under hbmisc or examples.
Or, of course if someone takes the effort to replace this
dependency with a working one, it's even better.
