[Harbour] failure to 'install'

Sorry I can't remember what was we've been trying
to resolve. Anyhow it wasnt't a precise advice as is, and
should be reworded "remove everything else from the PATH
except the OS (and compiler)"

Anyhow pls refer to INSTALL as it's impossible for me
to repeat all advises again and again, and it's probably
doesn't serve much purpose besides creating confunsion,
since I simple cannot be that precise in every e-mail.

INSTALL is the ultimate reference here.
