[Harbour] SF site changes

I had just visited Harbour SF page on http://sourceforge.net/projects/harbour-project/
apparently SF changed the user interface again, now it is unusable for older browsers
like IE6 (yes, I know there are better, but its the default in some Windows versions).
By the way, according to Piwik (http://sourceforge.net/apps/piwik/harbour-project/),
15% of our visitors in the past month still use that browser. The layout do looks good
(when it bother to load and rendered), but it is still SO slow (especially with https).

By the way, according to rank history

(which can be accessed only from search results and not the project page), we are
in the top 40 projects in SVN activity, Bravo!
