[Harbour] tlib warnings

It would be possible to exclude from the output the unuseful tlib warnings 
like

Warning: 'expropt1' not found in library

? It is much more difficult now to find the real compiler warning.

Last minute notice: I can find the compiler warning searching for

"Warning W"

but anyway it would be better to remove the unuseful tlib warning from the 
output.
