[Harbour] HBMK2 - Few Changes

Hello Viktor

I have implemented a few enhancements in the area of
parsing .hbp | .hbm files, mainly belonging to visual layout
of key/value pairs. 

This need initiated because I was trying to compile and 
link my very large flagship product "Vouch" through hbmk 
engine. Hopefully it will be useful for others.

Should I commit or post it here on the list.
I do not know on which part of the file you are currently 
working on. Also I have few more optimizations in mind coming
my way to compile with msvc and mingw.

At present I am been able to link Vouch with hbmk2 engine.
Accept my compliments for this great and much needed
contribution.
