Hello Viktor,

Can the change here (new HB_ types) help me with the 64-bit compiler 
problems with the hbbtree contrib?

I've not been ignoring it, but I did not know how to change/fix and test 
the code as I have a 32-bit windows pc.  

If I can get the same compiler errors/warnings then I can fix this.
