[Harbour] hbct FILEATTR() function not working.

Hi!

I've been working on the documentation of the functions of HB based on
the latest changes made by April White hbdoc2. At this stage, I am
reformulating the main site to add  an online search like as
php.net... But still documented a few routines to help me in reviewing
the site.

If the documentation project following the steps of hbdoc/hbdoc2 my
work can be upgraded to help this direction.
