Thank you. I can't dig into it deeply now, so I 
hope someone can jump in to point to the exact 
error. If not, I will restore last working version 
in a few days, and let someone else fix the midnight 
bug using hb_milliSeconds() calls (plus the still 
unfixed request from Abeb to honor zero timeout).

[ BTW, in this telepath.prg version I did nothing 
else now than swapping Seconds() calls for hb_milliSeconds(), 
and multiplied nTimeout parameters by 1000. ]
